The Dual Certificate Program in Elementary and Gifted and Talented Education allows future teachers to obtain TWO teaching certificates:
- elementary certificate (EC-Grade 6)
- gifted and talented supplemental certificate

Courses (only 9 additional credit hours)
Earning the supplemental certification in Gifted and Talented Education adds only 3 courses* (9 credit hours) to the teacher-education program plan. Other courses listed are replacement courses within the teacher-education program plan.
