Graduate programs in the Department of Educational Psychology offer small classes, mentor relationships with research-focused faculty, and strong job prospects for graduates.

Baylor's graduate program in Educational Psychology is quickly becoming a top program according to rankings compiled by Academic Analytics, ranking in the top 10% of programs nationally.

Academic Analytics evaluated the research activity for over 60 similar programs across the country. Baylor's Educational Psychology program ranked highly for total book publications per faculty, the percentage of faculty with an article, and the number of citations per faculty member.
